Château L'Escadre

VINEYARD & VINIFICATION

- Blending  : 70 % Merlot, 20 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 % Malbec
- Ground  : Clay and limestone
- Vine average age  : 25 years old
- Surface for this wine  : 30 hectares
- Harvest : by hand for old vine, by machinery for the rest
- Average yield : 55 hl /hectare
- Vinification : alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in tank
- Maturing : 10 months in oak barrels of 2 to 6 years old
- Production : about 170 000 bottles

TASTING

Intense colour. Round and mellow mouth with wild berries and lightly woody aroma.

Château Les Petits Arnauds

VINEYARD & VINIFICATION

- Blending  : 75 % Merlot, 25 % Cabernet Sauvignon
- Ground  : Clay
- Vine average age  : 25 years old
- Surface for this wine  : 26 hectares
- Harvest : by hand for old vine, by machinery for the rest
- Average yield : 55 hl /hectare
- Vinification : alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in tank
- Maturing : 10 months in oak barrels of 2 to 6 years old
- Production : about 140 000 bottles

TASTING

Dark color. Mix of spices, red fruit and prune aromas, fleshy and fruity mouth.
